Something 'not right' happened. I was about 7.5 miles into today's run when...OW!!!! Icepick in my left knee. That can't be good.

I tried stretching it out but nothing seemed to work. At the 8 mile marker I decided to play it safe and just walk the rest of the way.

I hope this is just a momentary setback and not a major injury..... :(
